Spending - Adding Spending without Income Taxes to Drop-Down

I use the Spending feature to better plan for my savings needs for retirement. In retirement my payroll/income taxes will change based on my income, but property taxes will remain. When you select Spending Without Taxes it removes all taxes.

    , and today, I clicked on spending without taxes but noticed the taxes were not removed.
