Problem linking Invesco accounts

I have 3 mutual funds in Invesco and for some reason one of them stopped updating in quicken. In the account list it shows that the account in question is not active for downloading. When i try to actovate it, I can connect to Invesco, it shows the 3 accounts but the window under Action says "do not add to quicken" for all three accounts. I RESET and DEACTIVATED the working accounts and then tried to reactivate them. Quicken will only add the two previously working accounts and would not add the problem account. I opened a new blank quicken file and added Invesco to it and in the instance all three were imported and activated. Any Idea whats up? thnx

    Try deactivating all of your Invesco accounts before you do Add Account.

    I did try that. Sorry it wasn’t clear in my post.
