Quicken Windows Canadian no ETF price data

Hello Canadian Quicken users. Looking to tap into your collective expertise.

I have the windows version of Quicken Classic version R54.17.

I am trying to add an ETF to my Investment Watch list, symbol TSE:VAB. Vanguard Canadian Aggregate Bond Index ETF. If I go to the Quicken website and search the ETF name, I can locate the fund and current price information. The ticker lines up TSE:VAB. However if I go to add the ETF in Quicken, the program is not able to find the security. If added manually, it cannot locate the security or download any price information.

Any idea what I am doing wrong?

The settings I have used to add manually:

Ticker: TSE:VAB

Type: Stock

Exchange: Toronto

@Arctic Hare That worked great! Assume you created the ETF type in your program? I'm not sure why the folks at Quicken Customer Support couldn't provide that guidance.

Yes, the "ETF" type is a custom type that I created. You are welcome.
