"Save, More Actions, Split" Icons Missing from Banking Register

One of my many account registers suddenly fails to display the icons for Save, More Actions, and Split. These symbols resemble a file folder, gear icon, and an angle and appear in all of my Banking Accounts except this one. I am at a loss on how to restore them and their functionality. TIA for a resolution.

    Click on the gear at the top right of the affected register and select Register columns. Check the "Action buttons" box at the bottom of the list to display those buttons.
