I recently purchased Quicken Classic and am getting everything set up. I added my wife's 401k, which is through Ascensus, and it went through the verification questions - username/password of course, last four of SSN, DOB, and found the account. It's "set up" in Quicken now and will even connect and update. However, the balance shown is zero and there is no data shown in the account at all. There's definitely a balance in that account - I've tried removing, re-adding, adding through a different Ascensus option that popped up, everything I can think of. Nothing gets a balance to show. My 401k through Fidelity and investment accounts through Robinhood all work okay - it's just Ascensus that is not loading a balance. Anyone have an idea or fix?
