Box in the screen that won"t go away

Question

I get a Box in the middle of my screen that saids a dd payee,that will not go away.It's on every account on Quicken that I open. HOW do I take it off?

It was just something that was frozen on the screen and I quit quicken and rebooted my system it went away.

I don't understand what you mean by "a dd payee". Could you post a screenshot of the dialog box?
