I seen where someone suggested to use Cross River Bank because they own the card. How am I supposed to add them if I don't have an account with them because the card is used by Chime?

But you DO have an account with them … the Chime card (if, indeed, it's issued by Cross River)?

Have you tried using that FI name with your Chime card? If so, what happened?

And, when I look in FIDIR.TXT, which records all of the FI's that are connected to Q, I find this, and not a reference to "Cross River Bank", which is also a connected FI.
