Fidelity Accounts Showing Double the Balance

Hi -

I connect to Fidelity for investments and several accounts show double the account balance in Quicken. These are accounts where cash is swept into a money market, so it shows X shares (at $1 per share) in the money market and the same dollar amount in cash.

I tried to switch to detailed positions and got an error -

How can I fix this?

Thanks!

    Example -

    There is only $2,187.16 there.

I am seeing the exact same issue for Fidelity. I was working correctly until recently.

@JahaniJAC - it was working before and stopped working? I just bought Quicken today.

For individual Fidelity accounts (ones that are not tied to employment) try connecting to "Fidelity Investments Mac"; that's what I use for all my Fidelity taxable & IRA accounts and it works fine. For 401K accounts you'll need to connect to "Fidelity Netbenefits".

@Jon Thank you, that worked. No more double.
