Chase Credit Card Won't Download Transactions

I tried turning the online services off then on, and when I did so, Quicken had me go to Chase's site to re-authorize the Quicken to Chase connection. It LOOKED like maybe Chase had updated their warning notification about connecting Quicken. But after going through that process, Quicken still would not download.

After I compete the steps to activate the updates and connect Quicken to Chase, Chase gives me the thumbs up but Quicken sneers at me and says the process did not work.
