cc-501 errors
Fourteen (14) out of nineteen (19) of my accounts got cc-501 errors during a OSU. What's going on?
Thanks

Howard, if you haven't done so already, the first thing to try is to go to the account register for each account affected and do an "Update now" by clicking on the "gear" icon in the upper right. That sometimes will fix the error.
Here is a support article that might also help.

2 accounts with bank link fine. New account keeps getting CC-501 error for 2.5 weeks now - Bank cant fix Quicken must fix. how to get fixed? who to contact? major issue for many people.

Supposedly this was resolved the other day (at least for me and many others) but knowing Quicken, it's probably not quite fixed or their servers are having issues again.

In another discussion a user had a similar issue and found out that the problem was with the bank having locked one of the user's accounts, not the one he/she was having issues with.
Is it possible that the same may be true for you?
Also, is the new account enabled for downloading at the bank? Some banks require that you, on their website (or their support center) enable an account for downloading.Try deactivating ALL accounts with this bank.
When done restart Quicken.
Now use the Tools / Add Accounts process to pretend to add new accounts with this bank. Follow the dialogs until you get to the list of accounts found at the bank. Very carefully LINK each account found at the bank to the already existing account registers. If you do not link carefully, you won't like the results and may end up with duplicate new account registers instead of correct links.
After having linked all accounts you will most likely have to review and delete downloaded duplicate transactions. Upon activation, about 60 - 90 days worth of transactions will be re-downloaded.0
