"Red flag that doesn't go away" problem happens with nearly every update now

Starting about January of this year, I started having the issue where after an update, one or more accounts will get a red flag, but there are no new transactions visible. I can always solve the problem by enabling and disabling transaction auto-entry, but that's a waste of time that I shouldn't have to do. It's not any one particular account; it happens randomly across the board. I've been using Q for Windows since the early 2000s and had only seen this once or twice before the past year, now it happens nearly every time. Anyone else seeing this?
