sell to open a covered call option on stock XYZ for $2
buy to close the covered call at $1
Quicken Premier Windows should adjust the cost basis of stock XYZ to $11 per share

in the scenario above, Quicken Premier Windows does not adjust the cost basis of stock XYZ
instead, I am forced to keep track of cost basis manually
