Reauthorizing account but not existing on existing account list

I went to download transactions on an account which has worked fine until now, and it told me I needed to re-authorize and re-activate the downloads. No problem, did that and it sent me back to Quicken. On the existing account list, it does not show up. I don't want to create a new account especially when I have a lot of transaction on the existing one. Any ideas?

    Hello @Indebele,

Based on your description of the issue, it sounds like you're not getting the option to link the account to the correct Nickname in Quicken after you finish the reauthorization. If that is correct, the most common cause of this is because Quicken still sees the account as connected. To correct the issue, please backup your Quicken file, deactivate the problem account, then reconnect it by going to Tools>Add Account, following the prompts, and carefully relinking it.

Please let me know how it goes!
