Authorizing American Express
Quicken was importing charges. Amex changed y card # and I could not connect thru Quicken Have been trying to re connect but no luck. The little blue wheel just goes round and round.

@chop before you try again to reactivate, go to the General tab in Account Details and make sure the Financial Institution and Account Number fields are blanked out.

@chop I think that might mean that you need to log into your online account with American Express and delete the existing 3rd party authorizations already set up for Quicken. Then try the reauthorization process with Quicken again. That will create a new 3rd party authorization in your online account with American Express.
