Single Sign On does not work

Both my quicken account and the Community account username/passwords are the same.

I verified my email account is Confirmed in the community. When I open (Windows) quicken ver. R56.9 - 27.1-56.9, Sometimes I have to sign into the quicken account (but not always). Single Sign On should allow me to automatically be logged into the Community when I sigh into my quicken account, but this does not work.

Please correct me if I am wrong but, using the Single Sign On should allow me access to the community (signed in) when I open quicken and sign into quicken, right?

I would appreciate some help without placing a trouble call into quicken unless absolutely necessary. I can log into each account separately, but its a pain.

Thanks!

don't think so - as the software end points on your computer are totally different -
browser cookie vs Quicken desktop software -

I could see how things could be programmed and implemented that way -
but doubt there is a "status" being saved vs just a dip into the user database
to check for and validate your forum/quicken ID -
and then return a YES - but not implement an ALREADY SIGNED IN -
