My budget seems broken (Q Mac)

Having big budget problems for April. Budget shows I have $5K in Uncategorized transactions for April.

Shows $5K when I click on the category, for April:

But when I click on that column, the transactions total $1,538.60, not $5000

And in fact, those Baird accounts are not even included in the budget.

I'm completely blocked from reconciling April's budget.
