After I update from Chase-which takes forever and sometimes freezes- I can't open my register. I chatted with tech support and nothing. I tried calling also. It has been happening for 4 days.
Did you try creating a new, test data file, creating some dummy accounts, and trying to open a register? If you have no issues with the test file, then your existing data file is corrupt and I'd restore a backup from when you were not experiencing any issues.
