Getting US Treasury bonds to update in the mobile app like the desktop app (edit)

I have some US Treasury bonds. They update daily (not real time) in the desktop version. However, the mobile app doesn't have the same quote. Even the next day. Is there something that might be turned off in order for the mobile app to get the same quote the desktop version is getting? This is causing a significant discrepancy.

Caveat: I do not use the mobile app.

… to get the same quote the desktop version is getting?

Not likely. The pricing has to (I believe) come from the brokerage holding the treasuries and I don't believe the mobile app makes any such connection.

Now I might expect the mobile app to access the desktop program file as it syncs data but I am not sure that takes place for investment accounts. Perhaps when you close desktop program each evening you need force a sync to the mobile app?

I'm saying if I do an update in desktop, then sync to cloud and update the app the amounts don't match. These bonds do not match and are off by thousands of dollars.
