Ally Bank downloads not working...

For the past few days I've been receiving an error when performing a daily update for my Ally Bank accounts saying there are problems with Quicken servers???

    Anja - Its a cc-501 error. Unable to update these accounts due to an error on the Quicken server. I've been getting the same error for several days.

    For several days I and others are getting a cc501 error when trying to update Ally accounts. We've encountered an error on Quicken servers.

    Please resolve. Many users are experiencing this.

    I also get the same CC-501.I removed and even added connection but same issue.

    When will this be fixed? I haven't had a problem in years and now for the past week or more I am receiving a error.

    Why advise us to contact Quicken Support when their answer is exactly what you've already stated: that it's a known problem and they don't have an ETA on resolution?

    I'm having the Ally Bank problem too. Since it's a know problem that many already reported may I suggest it gets listed up front under "Alerts, Online Banking & Known Product Issues". Provide status updates and information there for all of us affected.

    That's the first place I look.
