Investing account activity not visible in Quicken Mobile?
I'm going to be changing my computing setup for traveling. In the past I've carried both a Mac laptop & an iPad, but I'm switching to just carrying a iPad Pro & not having a Mac with me at all while on the road (for periods lasting from a few days to a few months). So I'm taking a look at Quicken Mobile for the first time.
I see that I can look at banking & credit card accounts and see all the activity like I do on the desktop, and enter new transactions. However, for investing accounts all I'm seeing is my current holdings - I can't see account activity or enter new transactions. While this isn't an issue for most investing accounts, it really causes a problem with my Fidelity CMA which I use as my checking account. Without being able to see any activity in that account or enter new transactions, it isn't going to be usable for its intended purpose.
Also, it doesn't look like any of my saved reports on my Mac were uploaded, and while I can customize the canned reports in the mobile app I can't save them & it doesn't even remember the customizations so I have to redo them every time.
Am I missing something, or is this just the way the Mobile app works?

That is how it is on the Mobile/Web. No investing transactions, no reports.

Thanks. Not the answer I was hoping for, but unfortunately the answer I was expecting.

It appears that the main focus of Quicken is towards the Banking & Budgeting shiny things… for that younger audience -
The Mobile App and Web interface appear to have the Banking elements at the top of the sidebar,
and the single Investments line item is way down below -
Even the Quicken Simplifi App is setup very similar to the Quicken App.
Just listing current Investment totals - NO activity - NO reporting0 -
It isn't just Quicken Mobile/Web and Simplifi, Mint was the same thing, and you will notice that "Simple Investing mode" was added not to long after Simplifi was introduced. I also don't get that on Chase when it shows an external investment account.
I see two reasons for such, the first is that investment transactions are complicated, it is no easy task adding them especially on Mobile/Web. I do remember one of my financial institutions that showed external investment transactions, but only read-only of course. And if they put them in that would of course be the next "outraged" request of, "Why can't they be changed?"
The second reason is just what is a given group of users actually concerned about. There is definitely a group of young and older that "don't need the details".
