Transactions not downloading via Direct Connect PNC

Morning. For the past week I've been trying to download my transactions so I can reconcile my accounts. However, in the process, it appears to get 'stuck' and will not download them. I am not receiving an error though - it doesn't say it cannot connect/etc. It just says there is nothing to download, which is not true. I've tried disconnecting all my accounts and reconnecting and I'm still getting the same issue. Would love some assistance with this! I have about 8 accounts total so this is very important and quite an issue currently.
