UBS Account Download Inaccurate

Our UBS accounts are "backwards", i.e. when a stock is purchased the price is added to a balance vice subtracted and vice versa when the stock is sold. This started in October 2023 and continues today. I noted on your customer website that another Quicken user has the same difficulty with his Merril-Lynch account.
Other things Quicken is doing makes Quicken easier to use. Many thanks,
