Citi Costco Visa stopped downloading transactions

I was able to download all of my Citi Costco Visa transactions last month without any problem using Express Web Connect+. This month, no transactions are downloaded. No error message. Everything looks as though it is processing correctly, but no transactions are downloaded. I tried Resetting several times, but no change. I'm using Windows R56.9 27.1.56.9.

Help would be most appreciated.

    I have the same issue. I did the method reset as recommended but now it constantly fails to connect after I login via a browser. I've even resorted to try adding it as a brand new account. This has gone on for several weeks

    Is the Direct Connect method still available? I have not been asked/forced to transition to EWC+ and so far have not had issues with Direct Connect transaction download for the Costco Visa.

    It would be nice if someone from Quicken cared enough to respond to these issues.

    This typically spins for several minutes after I authenticate via the browser. I have tried dozens of times over the span of more than a month and get the same results every time.

    Then it fails….without fail.
