Thrift Savings Plan -- I give up

I've had Quicken for almost six months. Very disappointed. [Removed - Rant] No matter what I do, it's impossible to get updates for my Thrift Savings Plan. If you look hard enough on the Discussion Board, you can find vague messages from the company that they are aware of the problem [Removed - Speculation]. I give up. [Removed - Rant]
