Santander transactions not downloading for several days - 5/16/24

I have tried to reset and don't get an option to link account after resetting.

    Hello @rsu,

    Are you currently connected online in Quicken with your Santander accounts? What exactly occurs when attempting to download transactions? Do you receive any error codes or messages? Which route are you taking to reconnect your accounts if they are disconnected?

    Checked updates and ran latest (R56.9). Transactions updated May 19, not sure if update helped or bank corrected any issues.
