Miscellaneous downloading issues

- Every week when I download all of my transactions for all of my listed accounts, I receive an error for my Best Buy Credit Card. Every week I reset the account and Quicken acknowledges that everything now is okay. So why does this anomaly reoccur every week, and if the acknowledgesment allegedly corrects everything why is it not correct the following week?
- My wife and I each have a credit union savings account at the same institution. Recently her account every week has downloaded transactions to review, but when I view the account there are no new transactions; my account shows a download error, but if I reset the account it is acknowledged that everything is okay—same reoccurring loop as with my Best Buy Credit Card, as this also has been appearing each week for awhile now. However, my credit union account keeps showing two old transactions that already have been reconciled (the same two each week), so I have to manually delte them and the account then is in balance. What's going on??!!
