TD Ameritrade to Charles Schwab --- Issues with Setting up Downloads for new Schwab Acct ( from TD )

I am using Quicken Premier, Version R56.9 Build 21.1.56.9

I was a both a Schwab client and a TD Ameritrade client prior to my TD Ameritrade account transitioning to Schwab the weekend of may 11th. I had no issues downloading transactions prior to the transition weekend.

I had 2 TD accounts transitioning to Schwab, one is inactive and one is very active as I am an option trader who usually executes upwards 0f 100 orders per day and between 5000 and 8000 contracts per day.

I read the Post "Moving your TD Ameritrade accounts to Schwab in Quicken". My choice was to "create a new offline account" within Quicken for the Schwab account and move the open positions over because I wanted to start with a smaller file as my TD Ameritrade option account had over 52,000 transactions in it. This method does not work because Schwab uses a different format for options than TD did thereby creating a plethora of mismatching scenarios. So I then attempted to to "keep the same account" . Again the fact that Schwab formats options differently than TD, the same problem occurred . I currently have over 50,000 option contracts in my open position statement. So i once again restored my back up file to bring me back to square one and give me time to think about how to resolve this issue.

I came up with the idea that I will keep all of my open option positions that existed prior to the transition date in my old TD Account within quicken ( which I deactivated for downloads). So I set up a new offline Schwab account and the only thing I did was transfer over the CASH balance from the TD account to the new offline Schwab account. I decided that when I close out any positions that pre existed in my TD account prior to the transition, I would go in and manually close them out in the old TD Account in quicken. My plan was to activate the Schwab account for downloads and then let the program download all new opened transactions. I realize I would have to delete any pre existing TD closing transactions that quicken was attempting to download into the schwab account post transition.

Here is my problem. For the past 3 days, every time I try to activate the New Schwab account for downloads, I get the message : Sorry, the sign in failed due to time out or connection issues". This has been going on for 3 days. Keep in mind , I was able to activate the new Schwab account twice a few days after the transition date with absolutely no issues at all. Again, after realizing that neither of the suggested methods would work for me in the article Titled "Moving your TD accounts to Schwab in Quicken" I restored my file that I had backed up prior to attempting all of this. With all of this being said, if I try to activate my Non Active TD account that transitioned over and all of my existing Schwab accounts which I have had for 25 years, they all appear and I do not get the Sign in failure message.

It is only when I select just the one ACTIVE option account that I get the Sign in failure message. So the problem only exists with this one account that I have 50,000 open option positions in . Again it activated twice last week with no issue. But now it will not.

I did sign out of my data file and back in in order to renew the registration token. That did not work.

Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance
