I assume this issue is not and will not be resolved and the matter is considered closed at this time?
The only posts about Firstmark that came up in a search of this forum from 4/1/2024 until now are in this Alert: CLOSED 5/17/24 Firstmark Services - Student Loans - FDP-105 / "Sorry. We've encountered an error." It says the Alert is closed "due to low activity" but the issue is ongoing and still be investigated. Is this what you are referring to?
If not, what is the issue?
