When updating quicken accounts, doubles up transactions manually have to put cash to $0.

Quicken update doubles up transactions. Have to manually change cash to $0 then it syncs. But this is very annoying. I have two accounts, one account is fine, just happens in other account. Can Quicken fix this please?

Of the doubled up transactions, is there one that you recorded manually and the 2nd one appeared as a result of the download?

Have you tried dragging one transaction over the other with the mouse?
You can do that in Q Mac to manually match a downloaded transaction to one already in the register. Quicken may not have been able to automatically match the downloaded transaction to one in the register already, hence the duplicate.
