Unable to set up Citibank account with One Step Update
I have tried multiple times to connect my Citi account and get the below screen over and over. Can't get past it. How can I get this account set up for download?

When you click the Sign In button, does your web browser open a webpage?
If not, what browser do you use? And do you use higher than average security settings in the browser?
Have you tried switching the Windows default browser setting to use a different browser?

is this part of the Quicken Add Account process - for setting up a new Quicken account for Citibank ?
or - is this a new attempt for setting up Online Access -
If this is the case…. how was the account setup prior to this ?Here is our Schwab acct - setup for Online Access - which will then appear for the One Step Update -
