Sears Shop your Way Mastercard issued by Citi

Since the recent connection change due to Citi supported store cards in May 2024, I no longer find the Sears Card as an online biller to choose when adding a new online bill. It is linked in my account and I am getting transaction downloads fine.

    Have you asked Citi Support about this?
