This is a Windows/Quicken Classic Premier issue, version R53.32, build 27.1.53.32, running on Windows 10 Enterprise

This issue started this morning, 05-23-2024. While doing my normal morning account update, the accounts we hold with NC SECU received the dreaded OL-220-A error message. The log says:

==== OSU Start (20240523/07:44:21) ====
20240523 07:44:23: QFN: Beginning send to https://onlineaccess.ncsecu.org/secuofx/secu.ofx
20240523 07:44:25: QFN: End send to https://onlineaccess.ncsecu.org/secuofx/secu.ofx, netstatus 0
20240523 07:44:25: Parse error. Current object: Null Object
20240523 07:44:25:
20240523 07:45:02: Parse error. Current object: FI Missing Tag: TAG UNKNOWN

Attempts to connect at several times today have resulted in the same response. This appears to imply a bad connection with the SECU server. This issue occurred before. The last time was several years ago, and it was cured by (I think) a Quicken update.

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Jeff

    The FAQ does not provide any new information. I will contact my credit union and see if they have any suggestions. The last time this happened, the credit union's response was that it didn't specifically support Quicken. That the problems are with Quicken, not them.

    I have now determined that, in addition to the update failure with NC SECU, there is a silent failure to update my Schwab account balances. Several transactions over the past several days have not been downloaded, but there is no indication of communication failure with Schwab. Prices for existing stocks and funds are being updated. I assume that price updates are independent of transactions - but that means communication is happening on some, but not all, levels.

    Any thoughts/observations are welcome.
