Auto Reconcile

I am new to this auto reconcile feature and it does not appear to work properly. All green check marks means it's reconciled? I'm green up to 2/26 and then it's all blue. Am I supposed to be manually reconciling as well with auto reconcile turned on? If the account isn't reconciled properly how do I fix it?

    Green check marks are reconciled transactions, blue check marks are cleared but not reconciled. There are two options for auto-reconciliation, one where it goes ahead & does it automatically each time you download and it only bugs you if there's a problem, the other you get to review each download before it auto-reconciles. It sounds like you're not getting either of those. I think I would do a manual reconciliation to get things current, it sounds like there might be some discrepancy or missing transaction in your account back in February that's preventing it from auto-reconciling.
