CC-502 Banco Popular Puerto Rico EWC

Unable to download transactions since May 5
Open ticket with Support 11059517 about 2 weeks ago and yet it is not resolved.
Have had to enter over 100 transaction Manually. I have a Premier Subscription so I dont have to. Any ETA on the ticket?

I can see that your ticket was escalated with Quicken Support. If they have not reached out to you yet, then you will need to call directly for further assistance.
The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00am PT to 5:00pm PT, Monday through Friday. However, please keep in mind that Quicken Support is unavailable tomorrow (5/27/24) due to Memorial Day.

if you do a search on BANCO - you will see several forum postings with problems….
It doesn't appear they get resolved - and then the discussion gets Closed after a period of time -0
