Citi credit card transactions missing

I had the reoccurrence of a problem recently. I have two credit card accounts with Citi. For some reason all transactions were missing from the download for both accounts between 4/1/24 and 4/3/24. This same thing happened last year between two random dates. Why is this happening randomly? Does anyone else have this problem?

I have a Citi credit card and I am not experiencing any issues.

Did you resolve this as I am having the same issue. My issue started around the middle of June.

No. Never resolved. I needed to manually enter transactions.
I was hoping that Quicken Support would respond but they never did.
