Can't import Turbo Tax 2023 Tax Return into Quicken

I have a Windows version of Quicken, and continue to get error message when trying to import my 2023 Tax Return from Turbo Tax into Quicken. I have cleared my cache, renamed the Turbo Tax file to a shorter name as advised, but continue to get error message TurboTax Import Failed! (Error 2). Issue has been happening since March 2024, and I had a simlar issue last year. Please advise.
