Ameritrade to Schwab conversion

Prologue = I've used Quicken for 20+ years. Not a novice. Each time one of these mergers comes by it is a nightmare to get Quicken to start downloading. Last time it CapitalOne. I was hoping this time would be different, but alas this time even worse. Followed your instructions to the letter. Some accounts come back with Action = don't add to Quicken. No info here on what we're supposed do with this error or how this happened. Other accounts are totally messed up containing transactions from totally different accounts. Spent about 3 hours fumbling around.

Upshot= I'm just so tired of working with Quicken's untested software that I'm giving up on this product. Concept is good but execution is terrible. I have cancelled my subscription.
