Download Glitches

After attempting download of transactions, some accounts update others do not. I get around this by downloading each account separately. Also, why does the wheel continue to spin. I have to close out of quicken completely to reset the wheel so I and attempt downloads.

    Is your data file in a Onedrive hot folder path?
