One Step Update - frozen, doesn't complete (edit)

ok. Ive been running this update for 10 minutes. Still circling. Called quicken. Told i had a corrupted file and they could fix it fir $479!

I restored an old backup but still nothing

Ready to switch software - have had Q for 10 years
