Issue with t-bill / bonds in Quicken for Mac

Why is Quicken not matching the current holdings. I keep getting "add Cost Basis" after a broker download? It's the same CUSIP but the t-bills are held at Two different brokers.

The first bill with $456 is not having any issues, it's the $789 bill at broker 2

I've renamed the bond so that I can sort them, since every single brokerage firm seems to name the same bond differently. :-(
