Can't add account to download when other accounts at same THINK Bank work fine
Quicken Classic Premier 56.9
I have several accounts at a bank. One stopped working a few weeks ago, likely when Quicken was updating how download works.
When I try and activate this account for Online Services/Download, it takes me to the bank site to authorize Quicken's access. I authorize it, bank says all is good, takes me back to quicken. There, all the accounts at the bank are listed, with their corresponding Quicken accounts but they all say "Don't add to Quicken" with no option to change that. In particular, the one account that I need to add says that. Usually there is the drop down option to add it or link it to an existing account, but it does not give me this option. Tried signing out of quicken and signing back in, no effect.
NOTE: several other accounts download just fine from this same bank.
How do I fix this?

"Don't add to Quicken" usually means that the account is already activated for download. Perhaps do you have it as a Separate account?
And, what type of account is it?

Bank is Think.
It is a regular checking account. Not separate. The online services tab indicates that it is not activated for download, the "Setup up Now" button is present. When pressing it, above process happens every time.

The other accounts that do download say Express Web Connect+
When attempting to activate download, it does not give me a choice.

It appears that when I went to rename the account Quicken created a copy of the account and made it Separate. I did not notice this, I rarely look at my separate accounts. The separate one was still connected to download, and therefore I could not activate the other one that was still in the normal banking group. Beware renaming accounts that are activated for download. Maybe others are aware of this issue, but I wasn't.
