My 401k balance is not including cash balance in the accounts summary

I'm using Quicken Classic for Windows. I recently liquidated my Fidelity 401K to rollover the cash to my traditional IRA at Schwab. In Quicken, the transactions downloaded from Fidelity and the cash balance in the transactions and the Investments section is showing properly, but in the Accounts section on the left side of the screen, the 401K account is showing $0. This is also making the Net Worth total incorrect in the Accounts section. When I run a Net Worth report, the account value is properly showing the cash in the 401K account. That account is setup to use Complete transactions. Any ideas why the account summary balance would be incorrect?

Clarifying … WHICH 401k account is showing $0? Fidelity, or Schwab? What's the other one showing?

By "Accounts section", I assume you mean the "Accounts bar". If you open that account , what's showing? What dates therein?

If you Right-click the word "All Transactions" at the top of that bar, is "Current Balance" or "Ending Balance" selected?

The Fidelity 401K account shows $0 in the Accounts bar. When I open that account, the cash balance is showing the correct amount. I sold all securities on 6/7/2024, so the account is now 100% cash. Show Current Balance is selected.

Interesting, I created a dummy transaction in the Fidelity 401k account to purchase a Fidelity Money Market fund with the cash balance. The Accounts bar then showed the correct account value. I then deleted the dummy transaction and now the Accounts bar value has the correct account value.
