How can I NOT load Quicken file on startup

Quicken Classic Premier Version R56.9 run on Windows 11 loads a file upon startup. I would like for Quicken not to load any file upon startup. Is this possible?

Hold down Ctrl while starting Quicken and no file will open.

Go to the File menu to pick the File you want.
