I am finding the renewal fees to be ridiculous. The bank connect features don't work most of the trime. What is this fee for?

I mean, what am I actually paying for here? I have bought the software for years, but the latest pric e increases are totally ridiculous.

Can I buy the program that says for new customers only and make it work? I see Office Depot sells a version that does not say new customers only that is a little less. Will that one work with my current subscription?

I really am looking around at other options. This just isn't cool how this has gone.
