Quicken Business and Personal Canada: HST tracking not working on invoices

I just setup a new file and I have AR and AP accounts setup to track HST but when I invoice (or vendor bill) the tax column's are not showing up (see attached) but are clearly showing in the customize screen.

Any solutions?

PS. if I flip to another file it shows up properly , just not on my file

    Have you looked in your Quicken Help file (the Canadian version) about setting up a new business?
    IIRC, there was something you had to do to enable tax tracking and the appropriate tax account registers.

    And do make sure that you have saved your customized invoice layout in the Forms Designer, either under the Invoice Default name or (IMHO better) under a new layout name which you then select in the New Customer Invoice dialog.
