Phantom entry downloaded in 3 investment accounts for $79.99 (edit)

My investment accounts all have flags indicating that I have transactions to review. When I click on downloaded transactions, nothing shows. When I click on online center for THREE separate accounts I see the following entry for $79.99

I cannot do anything to delete this. I have repaired the file and no actions were required. I have turn on and off, multiple times, automated transaction entry in the affected accounts with no success. Please advise how to fix.

    when you log into your online brokerage account - do you see this $79.99 listed anywhere ?
