Is it really too much to ask for Quicken to fix this simple bug ? It's not like Windows hasn't supported usernames with spaces for 31 years, since Windows NT 3.1 It's an obvious regression in the installer. Wouldn't that be a better experience to fix it than to leave the bug in and users scrambling to find the cause and workaround ? This is embarrassing.
