How do I add an IRA savings account to my wife's IRA account?

Well, in Q you can't have an account within another account (or "sub-account" as they're sometimes called).

So I'd be inclined to set up another IRA type account for this savings account.

The CDs can be recorded as Investments within the IRA, or perhaps you could do the same with the Savings.

I'm sorry — new to Quicken. I didn't realize I was on the Mac forum. I am using Quicken Deluxe for Windows on a PC.  It is within the IRA at a Credit Union as a savings account along with 2 CD's

Are you running QWin on a Mac, via an emulator of some sort?  You posted in a Mac forum.

And, at the financial institution, is the Savings account actually WITHIN the IRA … or a separate retirement account?
