Should I add account or add bill?

I'm confused. Theres an option to add credit card or add bill. Do I add credit card or add bill, I mean, my credit card is my bill. Or do I add both?

    Both.
    For tracking and categorizing your individual credit card purchases you use a credit card account register. Manually record and/or download your credit card transactions using One Step Update.

    If the credit card company supports it, you can add a bill to track your monthly credit card payments (transfers from your checking account).

    If you want to automate the monthly payment process, so you don't have to remember doing it manually every month, you can optionally set up Autopay at the credit card website. This will automatically debit your checking account on due date every month. Select how much to pay, e.g., full credit card balance, minimum balance or a fixed amount.
