Add indicator in left sidebar for accounts which are set for manual entry (not downloading) [EDIT]

In accounts sidebar, provide an indicator for accounts which are not automatically downloading from the financial institution.

Some institutions (namely, Kohl's and Dillard's) have turned off aggregation access, and I would like a see-at-a-glance marker for those accounts where download has been turned off and transactions need to be entered manually.

I add "(NO SYNC)" to the names of accounts that aren't connected for downloads (except for obvious ones like cash accounts). I agree that some kind of built-in indicator would be nice to have.
